Hello, my name is Ken Visbeck. I am a senior mechanical technologist providing design, fabrication and experimental support for the High Pressure Physics group at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory. I have been supporting the High Pressure Physics group since March 1998 and I have nearly 20 years of design and mechanical experience at the lab. I have a degree in Machine Tool Technology that I received in 1986 with certificates in welding and design. Some of my hobbies include; mountain biking, motorcycling, kayaking, wakeboarding, snowboarding, backpacking and martial arts which I currently hold a brown belt in Jiu-jitsu. I recently celebrated my 17-year anniversary with my wife and have two great kids.
